My Story

I’m joining compassionate individuals from across Darlington for a special night under the stars at Mowden Park Arena to raise crucial funds for ManHealth.

This charity holds a special place in my heart. Their support played a huge role in helping me regain control of my life when I felt lost and overwhelmed. Thanks to their guidance, I’ve been able to rebuild my self-worth and embrace a healthier, more positive future.

During my own battle, I met men who sadly took their own lives, and others who ended up homeless. It opened my eyes to a reality I had never imagined facing. ManHealth is committed to supporting men in these vulnerable situations, offering a hand to help them find their way back to stability.
