My Story

Between January and March last year, 105,000 households in England were recorded as living in temporary accomodation, including 130,000 children.  This is shocking in itself but we have seen a sharp rise in this with the cost of living crisis impacting heavily.

As an Executive and volunteer for Carecent Homeless breakfast charity, I have seen first hand the inpact that homelessness and isolation can have on individuals

I am joining a group of compassionate people in York, sleeping outside under the stars to raise funds and awareness for Carecent.
